Position Description

Active TS/SCI Poly required at the time of application

 

 

Part of the Secure the Enterprise initiative. The Software Developer/Application Engineer will be in support of an analytic effort built on top of the GHOSTMACHINE cloud architecture. Development efforts include the writing of Ingest parsers and Nifi translators that enrich and normalize the data, REST services to pull/push data, and metric services\processes that determine the health and status of the data flow. The Software Developer will provide the development, visualization, testing, deploying, and sustainment of services using existing open source and corporate solutions.

 

Required Skills:
• Strong dataflow experience in the following technologies
  o NiFi
  o Ansible


Highly Desired Skills:
• Python
• Pig
• MongoDB
• IaaS, Infrastructure-as-a-Service (Openstack/Amazon AWS)
