    Roles and Responsibilities: 

    • Support our corporate thrusts of Cyber Security in Boundary Services, Cross Domain Services, and Cloud Analytics. 
    • As a PM you will use your program management and leadership expertise coupled with your technical knowledge of cyber security solutions to directly lead and support current and future program execution, engage with customer and stakeholders to achieve mission objectives, and lead their team in such a way that it promotes our company culture.
    • The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, exhibit strong leadership qualities in the form of sound business and program judgment decisions and recommendation, demonstrate outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate high level vision and mission objectives to actionable project actions, build effective teams, negotiate win-win outcomes and manage and deliver on stakeholder expectations.
    • The PM role requires strong and direct customer (both internal and external) engagement and the ability to drive scope of work determination, provide guidance on product implementation strategies, and participate in sophisticated RFP/RFI responses.
    • The successful candidate shall maintain a deep understanding of the contract technologies, which would include one of the following: Boundary Services, Cross Domain Services, or Cloud Analytics.  It is important to also have a deep understanding of the competition and other related technical offering, the current installed base, and addressable market.
    • The PM will work closely with the customers to ensure success in on-going strategy, planning, execution, and implementation of specified programs and initiatives.

    Experience Requirement: 

    • Fifteen (15) years experience as a program or project manager in managing programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
    • Direct experience in managing multi­ task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity, as well as experience in leading a multi­vendor environment is required.
    • Must have at least three (3) years of demonstrated experience in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms such as Earned Value Management.
    • Demonstrated experience in cyber security field to include operational practices, methodologies, technology associated with Boundary Services, Cross Domain Services, and or Cloud Analytics.
    • Must have a PMP or FAC-P/PM Senior Level in Program Management.
    • Shall be knowledgeable of the guidelines provided by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies.
    • Must have demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.

     Contract Information: 

    • This program provides the design, deployment, and implementation of next generation PL3 boundary security solutions and PL4 CDS, to include: PL3 component validation design and testing; PL3 boundary security designs, PL4 CDS integration, testing, support and productization and lab management support.
