Position Description

BRIDGES is seeking a Recruiter for our Annapolis JunctionMaryland office. The right candidate will be a team oriented, highly motivated, experienced Recruiter with strong technical knowledge, sourcing and negotiating skills. Your job will be to identify and attract, highly qualified candidates to Make an Impact within the BRIDGES organization. 

 

 Role and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate's core responsibilities will include, but not to be limited to:

  • Life cycle recruitment for technical and functional experts for a variety of locations based on our growth.   

 

  • Develop recruitment plans and pipelines for difficult positions.

 

  • Conduct Internet and social media recruitment with Out of the box and creative approaches to tap passive candidates.

 

  • Consult with hiring managers and assist salary negotiations and hiring decisions.

 

  • Comply with OFCCP requirements.

 

  • Participate in regular status updates/prioritization meetings

 

  • Attend Job Fairs and networking events

 

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of sourcing and recruiting experience with a proven track record of success
  • Experience with creating thoughtful sourcing approaches
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail 
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic work environment 
  • Passion for recruiting and finding/attracting talent
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and maintain confidentiality
  • Highly organized and able to demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily responsibilities
  • Must have experience in an environment supporting multiple technical Managers, acting as an advisor and mentor, and quickly filling positions with qualified candidates who also would fit the culture.
  • Must have proven ability/aptitude to learn and comprehend technical requirements and research new areas as needed.
  • Proven dependability to organize projects or requirements and make it happen.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications; interpersonal; and internal consulting skills are required.
  • Must work cooperatively with internal staff, management, and candidates and be able to independently write ads, recruiting plans, requisitions, and professional correspondence.
